We are will be working on percent problems for the next few weeks. We will start by converting between fractions, decimals and percents. Then will move on to solving percent problems. Students will be solving for the part, whole or percent. The equation used will be
whole x percent = part. Expect a quiz late next week over conversions.
Accelerated Math
This week students
will be solving equations with rational numbers. The main emphasis will be on
the multiplication and division of numbers involving positive and negative
number. Expect a quiz early next week. We will have the test over integers later next week or early the week after.
